Terms of Service

By creating an account, entering a House, or subscribing to Plus, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Still Remember Me.

You may register with an email address, or sign in with Google or Apple ID. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure and for activity that takes place through your account.

You keep what you write. Users are responsible for the content they create and for the people they choose to invite into their House.

We do not review what is written inside a House as a matter of course.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of content that matters to you. Still Remember Me is not a backup service.

A House may contain a Common Area and Rooms. Access is controlled by the owner through keys and memory clues, which may be limited to particular Rooms. Some ways in require the visitor to sign in before the House opens.

Owners are responsible for choosing who receives a key or memory clue. A person who receives a key or clue may share it with others outside the service, and we cannot guarantee that a key or clue will remain private.

A House owner may be able to see a visitor's registered name and email address, where available, and when the visitor came by, including the date and time. By entering a House, you acknowledge that its owner may be able to see this information.

Do not use Still Remember Me to break the law, to harass or harm another person, to impersonate someone, to publish content you have no right to share, or to attempt to gain access to a House you were not invited into.

Do not share, collect, copy, publish, or use content from another person's House beyond the access that person has chosen to give you.

Plus is a monthly subscription processed through Stripe. It renews automatically each month unless cancelled. You can cancel from owner settings or the plan area; if you cancel, Plus stays active until your next billing date. Payments already made are non-refundable.

The founding price of US$1.99 per month is available to users who start a paid Plus subscription on or before 30 June 2027, Hong Kong time. Founding subscribers keep US$1.99 per month for as long as their subscription remains active. New Plus subscriptions starting on or after 1 July 2027, Hong Kong time, pay the regular price of US$2.99 per month. If a founding subscription is cancelled, expires, or otherwise ends, a later re-subscription is charged at the price then in effect.

Still Remember Me is built and hosted using third-party services and infrastructure providers, including Lovable (application platform), Supabase (database, authentication, and storage), and Stripe (payment processing). By using the service, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms, privacy policies, and acceptable-use rules of those providers.

We are not responsible for outages, delays, data loss, security incidents, or other issues caused by these third-party platforms. Our liability is limited to the same extent described in the disclaimer below.

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. You may close your account at any time; deletion is subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Where reasonably possible, we may give notice before suspending or ending an account, but we may act immediately where necessary to protect people, the service, or comply with law.

You keep the rights to what you write. You grant Tealosophy Limited the permission needed to store and display your content to you and to the people you have given access. The name Still Remember Me, and the design and software of the service, belong to Tealosophy Limited.

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of faults, and we do not guarantee that content will never be lost.

To the extent permitted by law, Tealosophy Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
