We collect the information you give us when you create an account, write in a House, enter a House, or subscribe to Plus. We also keep basic records of visits to a House, as described below.

When you register, we hold your email address, the display name you choose, and the details needed to keep you signed in.

You may sign in or register using Google or Apple. When you do, we receive the account information those services provide for sign-in, such as an email address and name where available.

What you write inside a House — entries, House and Room names, intros, keys and memory clues — is stored so it can be shown to you and to the people you have given access.

When someone enters a House, we record that they visited, when they visited, and the method they used to enter. If they are signed in, that visit is linked to their account.

A House owner may be able to see:

• a visitor's registered name
• a visitor's email address
• when the visitor came by, including the date and time

This helps the owner understand who visited their House.

Payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe, not by us. We hold the subscription information needed to know whether your Plus plan is active.

If you delete your account, your access to the service ends immediately.

Some information may continue to be retained in administrative records, backups, recovery systems, or records kept for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Administrative retention may last for up to 10 years. Deletion should not be understood as immediate or complete erasure from every system.

We use reasonable measures to help protect the service and the information we hold.

However, no online service can guarantee complete security.

You may ask about the information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete your account. Please contact us at hello@stillrememberme.com. Requests remain subject to the retention limits described above.

We do not currently use advertising trackers or third-party analytics tools in this service.

We use browser storage and similar client-side technologies to keep you signed in, support core service functions, remember certain visit states, and save unfinished drafts on your device when applicable.

Some information may be stored in your browser through local storage or session storage. Session-based information is generally temporary, while other locally stored information may remain on your device until it is cleared by your browser or overwritten by the service.

Our service is operated using cloud infrastructure and service providers that may process information outside Hong Kong SAR.

This may include our platform and backend infrastructure, sign-in providers, and payment services.

As a result, information we hold may be stored or processed in other jurisdictions, subject to the practices of those providers.

We take reasonable steps to work with service providers that offer appropriate protections for the information they process.
