Billing & Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not hold your card details.

Plus is billed monthly and renews automatically unless cancelled.

You can cancel from owner settings or the plan area at any time.

If you cancel, Plus stays active until your next billing date. After that, your House moves to the Free plan, subject to the Free plan limits.

If your House exceeds the Free plan limits at that time, we do not delete your content automatically. However, some keys and keyholders may become inactive, some Rooms may become owner-only, and Plus-only functions may stop working until Plus is resumed.

Free allows 15 keys, 10 keyholders, and 3 Rooms. If your House is over those limits, the earliest 15 keys, the earliest 10 keyholders, and the earliest 3 Rooms stay available.

Later keys become inactive and stop opening the door. Later keyholders become inactive and cannot come in. Later Rooms become owner-only: everything written in them stays, and only you can read them.

Search and the ability to exclude the Common Area from a key's access stop working on Free.

Nothing is deleted. Your Keys, Keyholders and Rooms pages show exactly which items are inactive or owner-only. Access returns when you resume Plus, or when your House is back within the Free limits.

Payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

The Founding Price is US$1.99 per month, available to users who start a paid Plus subscription by 11:59 pm Hong Kong time on 30 June 2027.

Founding subscribers keep US$1.99 per month for as long as their subscription remains active.

New Plus subscriptions starting from 1 July 2027, Hong Kong time, pay the regular price of US$2.99 per month.

If a Founding Price subscription is cancelled, expires, or otherwise ends, a later re-subscription is charged at the price then in effect.
